Fathers + Daughters is a small, boutique winery producing hand-crafted wines sourced from Ferrington vineyard, as well as other premier vineyards. Ferrington Vineyard has a rich history, bringing care and craft to the growing of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer since 1996. This land was first planted in 1969 by Balvern Vineyards and was purchased by our family’s patriarch, Kurt Schoeneman, in 1996. With a cool climate similar to the legendary Burgundy growing region in France, it’s no wonder that we source most of our grapes from storied Ferrington Vineyard.

Frey Vineyards shapes the standard of USDA Organic and Demeter Biodynamic winemaking in the US. Since 1980, we’ve been producing award-winning Organic and Biodynamic wines without added sulfites. Premium organic grapes, a thorough understanding of wine chemistry, and meticulous attention during the winemaking process are the foundation of our wines.

Handley_Cellars_logo

Handley Cellars is a small, family-owned winery in California’s Mendocino County. Bonded in 1982, we produce around 9000 cases of wine a year. Our quality starts with our CCOF Certified Organic Estate Vineyards in Anderson Valley. We are located at the northwest end of the Anderson Valley on 59 acres of the original Guntly Ranch. Still standing on the property are the now-refurbished ranch house, plus the barn and water tower, all of which were constructed in the early 20th century.

Hsuch logo

Husch was established in 1971, marking the inception of Anderson Valley's oldest winery. Founded by Tony and Gretchen Husch, who purchased the 60-acre Nunn ranch in 1967, the property quickly transitioned from apple and grain cultivation to vineyards, with the planting of eight acres of grapes including Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, leading to its inaugural crush in 1971. In 1979, the winery changed hands to Hugo Oswald Jr., initiating a new era of wine production after the Oswald family's transition from pear farming. Today, under the guidance of the third generation, Zac Robinson and Amanda Robinson Holstine, Husch Vineyards remains a testament to its rich history, maintaining its rustic charm and esteemed reputation for exceptional wines.

The Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens is a place to play, to contemplate, to learn, to relax, to touch, to smell, to feel, to enjoy, to be inspired, and to experience the simple joy and beauty of life. It was founded in 1961 by retired nurseryman Ernest Schoefer and his wife, Betty. Ernest's keen eye spotted the ample supply of water augmented by the mild coastal climate and quality soil essential to acid-loving plants like Rhododendrons. It opened in 1966, and by 1992, the Gardens' property had been purchased with grants from the California Coastal Conservancy and transferred to the Mendocino Coast Recreation and Park District (MCRPD). The property and the botanical gardens have since been under the care of Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens Corporation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) membership organization.

Minus Tide was founded by Kyle Jeffrey, Brad Jonas, and Miriam Jonas with a focus on crafting elegant, balanced wines that capture the coastal essence of Mendocino, California. Embracing sustainability and minimal intervention, we produce Carignan Rosé, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Carignan, and Syrah, characterized by high acidity and low alcohol content, perfect for food pairing. Established in 2017, our journey began as a dream at California Polytechnic State University in 2007, culminating in the production of a single barrel of Malbec from Alder Springs vineyard in 2015. Brad and Kyle oversee winemaking in Mendocino's Anderson Valley, amidst vineyards, redwoods, and the Pacific coastline. Named after profound low tides, Minus Tide embodies the spirit of the Mendocino Coast.

Navarro logo

Navarro, under the same family stewardships, has been growing grapes, making wine and producing non-alcoholic grape juices in the Anderson Valley in coastal Mendocino since 1974. Since we are small, you probably will not find our wine in your local store, the majority of our production is sold directly out of our tasting room and through phone and web orders. We invite you to keep in touch.

Penny Royal Farmstead logo

Pennyroyal Farm is committed to sustainability and modern farming practices. It was conceived as a minimum-waste farm and takes into consideration sustainable design—from constructing solar panels on the barn to ensuring the size of the herd would produce enough manure to be converted into compost for fertilizing the vineyards. Leading the vision for the next generation, Sarah Cahn Bennett sees the vineyard, dairy farming, poultry, egg, fiber, fodder, wine, and other food production as essential to the long-term health of farmland. In addition to improving soil health and carbon sequestration, all 23 acres of vineyard are certified Fish Friendly Farming. With all of these activities taking place, we strive to be a regenerative vineyard in the mold of a traditional old-time American farm, and our wines reflect this dream.
